| 采取部分财务评价指标，通过对北京市两区一县的现场调查，分析了乡镇卫生院的经济运行情况，结果表明，乡镇卫生院运营状况堪忧。政府制定药品政策要结合卫生院经营的实际情况，为评价投资效果提供参考数据。 |

| Through some financial appraisal indexes and according to the investigation of hospitals in two districts and one county in Beijing, the operation of the country hospitals were analyzed. The analysis showed that the operation of the county hospitals were very poor.The economical condition should be considered while policies were made by government. Some basis data were put forward to evaluation of investment effects. |
