| Through the questionnaire survey of the enthusiasm of the medical staff in the pilot unit of Beijing, the paper analyzes the main factors that affect the enthusiasm of the medical staff, starting from the internal and external needs of the medical staff career development, perfecting the management measures, establishing the incentive mechanism, mobilizing the medical staff work enthusiasm, in order to provide comprehensive reference and basis for the public hospital reform. |
