| 目的 研究分析武汉市公立医院综合改革医疗费用情况。方法 通过研究试点医院改革半年以来主要收入指标，与去年同期情况进行对比，并与未进行改革的医院进行对比，分析试点改革效果。结果 试点医院服务量提升，服务效率增高，经济运行平稳，药占比及药费控制十分明显，体现医务人员劳动价值的收入明显提升。结论 通过降低药品价格和检查化验项目费用，适当提升医疗服务价格，未出现病源流失的现象，医疗收入结构更为合理，医院可支配收入稳步提升，患者就医负担未明显增加，改革正朝着“强医惠民”的方向前进。 |

Objective
To study and analyze the medical expenses of experimental comprehensive reformation of public hospitals in Wuhan City. Methods Through studying the main income indicators of the reformation hospitals for six months, comparing the indicators with the corresponding period last year, comparing with the unreformed hospitals, and analyzing the effectiveness of the experimental reformation. Results The experimental hospitals’ service quantity increases, service efficiency advances, the economy running is steady, and the control of drug proportion and expenses for medicine is very obvious. The income reflecting the labor value of the medical staff has improved significantly. Conclusion Through reducing the price of drugs and tests，raising the price of medical services appropriately, the hospital disposable income steadily increases, and medical income structure is more reasonable. Without increasing the burden of patients and losing patients source, the reform is moving toward in the direction of “Enhancing Medical Care and Benefiting the People”. |
