| 近年来，医生行业过劳死现象频发，作为人民健康守卫者的医生群体，自身的健康面临着严重威胁。目前国内对医生过劳现象的研究较少，关于医生过劳量表的开发还处于起步阶段，医生过劳问题的严重性并没有引起广泛的重视。因此，加强对医生群体的过劳现象的研究应成为卫生管理研究的重要领域之一。文章首先基于对过劳及相关概念进行辨析的基础上，分析了目前国内外医生过劳及量表研究的现状，并对医生过劳量表的研发提出了相关思考和建议。 |

| In recent years，phenomenon of “Death due to over-work” has appeared frequently in the healthcare sector. The doctor group as the guardians of people’s health，their own health is facing a serious threat. At present，there are few studies on the phenomenon of doctors’ overwork in China，and the development of scale measuring the doctors’ overwork is still in the initial stage. The seriousness of the problem of doctors’ fatigue has not attracted much attention. Therefore，the study of the phenomenon of overwork of doctors should be one of the important areas of health management research. Based on the theoretical analysis of“overwork” and related concepts，the paper analyzes the current research on doctors ’overwork and scale development at home and abroad， and puts forward some suggestions in this field. |
