品管圈管理在肿瘤患者疼痛护理中的运用

摘要:
通过成立品管圈,选定主题、制定计划、分析数据,探讨品管圈管理提升肿瘤患者疼痛护理质量。(1)有形成果:通过开展品管圈活动,肿瘤病人疼痛评估的准确性从70.48%提高到90.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)无形成果:全体圈员对活动前、后的QCC使用方法的掌握、护理团队的沟通协调能力、业务知识的学习、自信心、责任心、积极性6项进行自我评价的打分,得出结果呈正向增长。

Abstract:
Through establishing QCC, the theme is confirmed, the plan is made, and the data is analyzed to explore QCC on improving the nursing unit of tumor patients’ pain. (1)Visible result shows that, through the activities of QCC, the pain assessment accuracy is markedly increased from 70.48% to 90.48%. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). (2)Invisible result shows that QCC members mark themselves based on QCC grasp degree, team-work ability, professional knowledge, communication coordinate ability, confidence, responsibility and enthusiasm before and after QCC.
