| 鼓励社会办医发展是当前深化医药卫生体制改革的重要内容和方向。本研究通过对社会办医政策的系统收集和分类，运用内容分析的方法，从社会办医政策分类、关键词共词分析以及政策文本内容的具体比较等方面，对当前我国不同层级社会办医政策进行深入研究并发现问题，并提出相应的政策建议。 |

| To encourage the development of non-public hospitals is an important content and direction of the Chinese healthcare reform. In the study，policies of non-public hospitals are systematically collected and classified，stages and common key words analysis are developed，and policies text is compared by using content analysis method and the policy recommendations are finally put forward. |
