| Under the background of deepening the reform of medical and health system, the traditional management model of regional medical centers meets difficulties to adjust to the new trends. According to strategy matrix, a thorough analysis of the internal and external environmental changes to one regional medical center in Shanghai (Pudong Hospital) is done. And the development strategies for the hospital is regulated to enhance its core competence. |
