| 在“强基层、重社区”的主基调下，区域卫生协同成为带动社区卫生服务发展的重要方式。聚焦讨论推广性、操作性更强的松散型区域协同，介绍上海市杨浦区中心医院与所辖社区卫生服务机构的医疗、科研和人才培养的三维协作模式。三维协同模式特点在于三级医院发挥核心指导作用，多种创新模式多管齐下。上海市杨浦区区域卫生协同方式，能为其他地区深入开展区域卫生协同提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| Under the keynote of “strengthening the grassroots and community”， the regional medical cooperation has become an important way to improve the community health service. The loose medical regional medical cooperation is discussed，the three-dimensional cooperative mode of medicine，scientific research and talent cultivation between the Shanghai Yangpu Central Hospital and community health service centers is introduced. The traits of the three-dimensional mode lie in the tertiary hospitals’ core roles and the multiple innovative methods. This mode can provide guidance for the deepening of regional medical cooperation in other regions in China. |
