| 目的 分析我国公立医院临床医师临床路径应用现状。方法 对我国东、中、西3省（直辖市）1 638名临床医师进行问卷调查。结果 在被调查的临床医师中，66.38%参加过临床路径相关培训，72.44%执行过临床路径，分别有40.19%和35.84%的临床医师认为临床路径质量和实施效果好或非常好。结论 我国公立医院临床医师临床路径实施率和培训率不高，临床路径质量和实施效果值得关注。我国公立医院临床路径应用和实施效果的影响因素需深入研究。 |

| Analysis of the Implementation of Clinical Pathways Among Physicians in Public Hospitals |

| Objective To analyze the implementation status of clinical pathways (CPs) among physicians in public hospitals of China. Methods Questionnaire survey of 1638 physicians in public hospitals in three provinces (or municipality) located on the eastern, central, western areas of China was conducted. Results Among surveyed physicians, 66.38% of them had participated in CP training and 72.44% of them had implemented at least one CP. Those who perceived the quality of CPs and effects of CPs as “good” or “very good” accounted for 40.19% and 35.84%, respectively. Conclusion The percentages of physicians who had implemented at least one CP and had CP training in public hospitals of China were not high. The quality and effects of CPs should be paid more attention to. The information system is an important factor to improve the CPs’ implementation. The factors that influence the implementation and effects of CPs need further research. |
