| 目的 了解陕西省公立医院药学技术人员继续教育的现状、存在的问题及需求状况。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法，分别在陕南、关中、陕北各抽取2所三级医院和6所二级医院，采用调查问卷和现场访谈法对各医院药学技术人员进行问卷调查和访谈。结果 针对当前的培训现状，47.61%的人认为培训机会比较适中，36.36%的人认为培训内容不足，31.58%的人每个月培训一次，44.26%的人认为培训的意义非常大；现阶段的问题集中在培训内容缺乏实践性、培训的时间太短以及培训授课速度过快3个方面，对未来继续教育内容的期望集中体现在药学基础知识、药学信息服务和临床药学3个方面。结论 应从继续教育的内容、培训形式、培训时间、费用负担以及培训频次等多个方面作合理安排和准备。 |

| Analysis of Current Situation and Demand of Continuious Education of Pharmacy of Public Hospitals in Shaanxi Province |

| Objective To further understand the current situation, problems and demands of pharmacists’ continuing education among public hospitals in Shaanxi Province. Methods The cluster random sampling method was used to choose two tertiary hospitals and six secondary hospitals in southern Shaanxi, Guan zhong, northern Shaanxi Respectively. Questionnaires and field interviews were used to investigate the pharmacists. Results In view of the current training situation, 47.61% of people thought that the training was moderate, 36.36% of people considered that the training was insufficient, 31.58% of people received training once a month, 44.26% of people were satisfied with the current continuing education. At this stage, the problems were concentrated in the following three aspects: Lacking of practical content and training time, training speed was too fast. The expectation of the continuing education contents was embodied in the basic knowledge of pharmacy, pharmacy information service and clinical pharmacy. Conclusion It is necessary to make reasonable arrangement and preparation from the content, forms of training, training time, cost burden and training frequency of continuing education. |
