| Multidisciplinary Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) is an advanced treatment model, which constitutes medical resources reasonably and effectively, and improves the quality of medical services and the patient satisfaction. Taking Guangdong People’s Hospital as an example, the practical effect of MDT model of outpatient and hospitalization areas is discussed by SWOT to provide references for other hospitals. |
