| According to the requirements by the Hospital Authority of Beijing, our hospital propels the non-emergency treatment overall appointment register, and pays special attention to multiple-channel appointment register, register source arrangement, process reengineering and convenience-for-people measures, to effectively improve the “three-long and one-short” phenomenon in outpatient service in the past, and improves patient satisfaction and certain social benefit. |
