| 目的 探讨影响北京市疾病诊断相关组试点医院盈亏的主要因素。方法 以回顾性调查的方法，用自行设计调查表，调查2011年12月—2016年6月北京某三甲医院28 995例试点北京疾病诊断相关组的出院病历首页信息和医疗保险费用信息，以医院是否盈亏为因变量，建立logistic回归模型。结果 试点北京疾病诊断相关组的医院是否盈亏与住院天数、医用耗材费、试点年份以及试点疾病诊断相关组呈负相关，与年龄和性别呈正相关。结论 北京疾病诊断相关组试点医院是否盈亏的主要影响因素包括年龄、性别、住院日、医用耗材费、试点年份以及试点疾病诊断相关组。 |

Objective
To explore the main impact factors of the gain and loss in pilot BJ-DRGs hospitals. Methods By retrospective survey method, using self-designed questionnaire,28 995 cases of medical record home page information and their expenses of medical insurance were investigated in a pilot BJ-DRGs top tertiary hospital in Beijing from December, 2011 to June, 2016 to establish logistic regression model with whether gain or loss earned by the pilot BJ-DRGs hospital as dependent variable. Results Whether the pilot BJ-DRGs hospital earns gain or loss is negatively correlated with length of hospital stay, expenses of medical consumables, pilot years and pilot DRGs groups, and is positively correlated with age and sex. Conclusion The main impact factors of loss of whether the pilot BJ-DRGs hospital earns gain or loss are age, sex, length of hospital stay, expenses of medical consumables, pilot years and pilot DRGs groups. |
