| Historical analysis is an important basement of institutional innovation advancement, while establishment system reform of public hospital has been one of the key tasks in this round of public hospital reform. So this study has reviewed the historical evolution of public hospital establishment system, analyzed the change patterns using the institutional change theory, and proposed several suggestions for the future establishment system reform. |
