全信息化入院服务新模式的设计与实现

摘要:
按照“一站服务、分级入院、全院统筹”的总体思路,在“全信息化管理”理念下整合原有资源,自主研发入院管理系统,通过信息化手段再造入院服务流程,构建入院服务新模式,为优化入院服务流程、提高医院管理效率和服务品质提供了借鉴。

Abstract:
According to the thought of “one-station service, hospital-wild coordination, classification admission”, the new admission service model has been built through reengineering hospital service process by means of information technology and integrating original resource. Whole information management provides a good reference on optimizing admission service processes and enhancing hospital service efficiency.
