上海市公立三甲医院护理人员配置现状研究

摘要:

目的 了解上海市护理人力资源的配置现状,探讨合理的配置对策。方法 对上海市26家公立三甲医院护理人员进行了问卷调查,对医院管理者和护理管理人员进行访谈,分析当前护理人员配置的数量、年龄、学历和职称结构情况,探讨当前护理人员配置合理性和现存问题。结果 当前上海市公立三甲医院护理人员队伍存在配置数量不足、年轻化、学历层次低和职称构成不合理的状况。结论 建议卫生行业主管部门应科学核定配置标准,医院应当合理统筹和弹性调配人力资源,重视护理人员培养和培训,改善护理人员数量和结构配置的合理性。

Abstract:

Objective To study the nursing staff configuration in Shanghai, and to discuss the reasonable configuration countermeasures. Method Through the study with 26 tertiary class-A public hospitals, hospital and nursing managers are interviewed, to analyze the situation of the current nursing staffing number, age, educational background and professional title structure. Result The results showed that current nursing staff configuration number was of deficiencies. Younger-age, low education level and title constitute was unreasonable. Conclusion The competent department of health industry should check and ratify the allocation standard scientifically. The hospital should reasonably coordinate and flexibly deploy human resources, emphasis on nursing staffs’ cultivating and training, and improve the nursing staff configuration of number and structure.
