自2015年年初起对全院品管圈项目进行基于开题报告的质量管理，包括在品管圈前期开展开题报告及评审、举办“圈长论坛”交流平台等多种形式的品管技巧培训，中期进行评估及实地查访，后期成果汇报管理等措施，有效提升了品管圈活动的质量和结题率。 |

| Abstract: |
From the beginning of 2015, proposal-based quality management of quality control circle is launched in the hospital, including the opening report and review, and “the presidents’ forum” etc. Then assessments and field interview are done. At last results are reported. In this way, the quality and conclusion rate of quality control circle program is improved. |
