| 手术室资源是医院关键医疗资源之一，具有多维、不确定性。手术室资源的调度、优化与使用是一个非常重要的研究问题。基于国内大型三甲医院住院择期手术需求巨大与有限的手术室资源之间的矛盾，分析国内外住院择期手术取消的研究现状，包括定义、取消率、取消原因及分类、影响因素、对策及建议，为我国手术室管理提供参考，这对减少资源浪费、提高资源利用率具有重要的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: |
Operating room, as key medical resources of hospital resources, has multidimensional and uncertainty characteristics. Scheduling, optimization and usage of the resource of operating room is a very important research problem. Based on the contradiction between huge demand of in-patient elective surgical procedures and the limited operating resources for the large size tertiary hospitals in China, analysis of domestic and foreign research status quo of cancellation for in-patient elective surgery, including definition, cancellation rate, reason of cancellation and category, influence factors, countermeasures and suggestions, is analyzed, to provide references for China’s operating room management. It has important guiding significance to reduce resource waste and improve resource utilization. |
