中医师职业发展状况的调查与启示

摘要:
目的 了解中医师职业发展状况,从而为中医院人力资源管理、高等院校中医药人才培养提供依据。方法 问卷调查全国19家三级甲等中医院1 126名中医师。结果 中医师基本认可医院对个人职业发展的支持;多数中医师有合理的职业发展目标;影响中医师职业发展的首选因素是国家政策的导向;中医师对目前工作状况满意的主要原因是患者对自己的认可;多数中医师的工作强度很高并存在地区差异;中医师建议院校教育应该鼓励学生早临床多临床重视中医经典的研习并加强全科培训。结论 重视中医师人力资源的管理,构建标准化规范化中医药人才培养体系,中医师应做好个人职业规划抓住机遇争取实现职业成功。

Abstract:

Objective To find out the situation of traditional Chinese physician’s professional development. Methods On a nation wide scale, 1 126 traditional Chinese physicians were investigated. Results Traditional Chinese physicians recognize hospital support for personal career development. Most of traditional Chinese physicians have reasonable professional development goals. Factor influencing the TCM doctor of choice for professional development is the orientation of national policy. The main reason of job satisfaction is the patients’ approval. Conclusion Attention should be paid to human resource management of traditional Chinese medicine, and standardized talent cultivation system of traditional Chinese medicine be built. Doctors should do well in personal career planning to seize the opportunity and to achieve professional success.
