| 近年来医疗技术水平迅速发展，新药品的种类、剂型不断更新，但随之而来医疗服务费用快速上升，而其中药品费用更是首当其冲。从节约医疗资源为更广大的患者服务的角度来考虑，降低药占比规范药品合理使用，就是公立医院解决“看病难、看病贵”的重要管理节点。因此，通过药事委员会的监测、分析、决策、问责等作用的落实，充分发挥医院药事管理及药物治疗学委员会的领导作用显得尤为重要。 |

Therefore, it is essential that the management of hospital pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee play the leading role in hospital pharmacy management by implementing monitoring, analysis, decision-making, accountability and other functions . |
