| 目的 分析层级质量控制在外科ICU护理管理中的应用效果，进一步提高外科ICU护质量。方法 随机抽取患者及护理人员200例做满意度调查，根据层级管理原则，按照医护人员的职称、学历、工作能力的区别，实行责任护士、组长、质控员与护士长的层级质量控制管理模式，且对全体外科ICU护理人员进行技能培训。结果 实施层级管理后，护理人员的理论知识和专业操作技能都有显著提升，且患者满意度等各项指标均有所上升。结论 层级质量控制能够使外科ICU的管理更有力度。充分合理的分配了外科护理的人力资源，使外科护理人员积极性有显著提高，同时也调动了外科护理人员的主观能动性。层级质量控制对外科ICU护理的管理科学兼备高效。 |

Objective
To analyze the application of hierarchy quality control in the surgical ICU nursing management, and to further improve the nursing of surgical ICU. Methods 200 patients were randomly assigned to do satisfaction survey, according to the hierarchical management principle. According to the medical staff of the title, educational background and work ability difference, a nurse, team leader, quality engineer and the head nurses’ level of quality control management model is used, and the surgical ICU nursing staff skills training is done. Results After the hierarchy management, nursing theory knowledge and professional skills have significantly increased, and patient satisfaction and all the indexes are improved. Conclusion The level of quality control can make surgical ICU management more powerful. Reasonable allocation of surgical nursing human resources is done. In this way, the surgical nursing staff enthusiasm has significantly improved, and the surgical nursing staff subjective initiative is also aroused. Level of quality control has high efficient management of surgical ICU nursing science. |
