| 以核心财务系统为落脚点，依次展开医院资源规划系统对应的业务设计，为医院资源规划系统的实施提供有力的参考方案。基于核心财务系统，医院资源规划业务主要包括预算业务、科研教学业务、费用管理业务、固定资产及物资业务、药品材料试剂业务。业务数据与核心财务系统实现对接，数据最终汇集至核心财务系统完成成本核算和绩效考核，形成完整的以“财务一体化”为主线的运营管理平台。 |

| The paper uses the core financial system as the foothold to design the respond HRP business successively and provide a strong reference for the HRP implementation. Based on the core financial system, HRP business include the budget, research and teaching, bill management, fixed assets and supplies, drug, material and agent. The final data flows to the core financial system connected with the business to carry out the costing and performance appraisal. Finally, it forms a complete operation management platform using the “financial integration” as the mainline. |
