| With the common problems of the functional departments assessment, learning from business and public sector performance management approach, the performance management system of the hospital functional department was constructed with the Balanced Scorecard used as the main framework and combined the Key Indicators. The principles and methods of screening specific indicator, and the determination of the index weight and the target value were discussed. Finally, the considerations of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard on functional departments were analyzed. |
