公立医院工作场所患者暴力对护士职业倦怠的影响

摘要:
目的 探讨公立医院工作场所患者暴力对护士职业倦怠的影响以及可能的机制。方法 采用横断面问卷调查法收集数据,采用多元阶层线性回归分析法进行数据统计分析。结果 公立医院工作场所暴力的发生频率由高到低的次序是语言侵犯、苛刻刁难、妨碍工作、诋毁声誉、威胁恐吓、躯体攻击、性骚扰类,样本护士的职业倦怠总体发生率为68.9%,遭受暴力对护士职业倦怠具有积极的预测作用(β=0.379,P<0.01)。结论 大多数护士遭受到过不同类型的患者暴力,职业倦怠在护士群体中也较为普遍。减少患者暴力并构建和谐的护患关系将有利于缓解护士的身心疲惫状态,进而提高护理服务质量。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the impact and mechanism of patients violence in public hospital on nurses job burnout. Methods Using a cross-section survey with the questionnaire to collect data, and doing the multiple line hierarchical analysis for statistical analysis. Results The order of the frequency of violence toward nurses from high to low in public hospital is: verbal assault, fault-finding , interference with work, defamation, intimidation, physical attack and sexual harassment. The overall rate of burnout of sampling nurses is 68.9%. Suffering violence significantly predicts job burnout of nurses (β=0.379,P<0.01). Conclusion The most sampling nurses suffer the different types of violence from patients, and job burnout of nurses is the common phenomenon. Reducing the violence toward nurses and construction of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients is beneficial to relieve nurses’ state of exhaustion, in turn, to improve the nursing quality.
