| “互联网+”时代，信息化建设是推进公立医院改革的重要手段，对于优化服务流程、改善患者体验等方面有重要意义。以徐州市中心医院信息化建设发展为例，指出医院信息化在提高工作效率、减少医疗差错、控制医疗成本、改善就医体验等的重要作用，为医院信息化建设发展提供可行性建议，也为其他兄弟医院的信息化建设提供有益借鉴。 |

| In the “Internet plus” era，informatization construction is an important means to promote the reform of public hospitals，and has great significance to optimize service processes，to improve the patient experience. Through taking the development of information construction in the Xuzhou Central Hospital as an example，the article points out that the hospital information management plays an important role in improving work efficiency，reducing medical errors，controlling medical costs and improving patient experience，to provide the feasible advice for the development of information construction in the hospital，and to provide reference for other hospital information construction. |
