By expounding the formation and development of mobile health service at home and abroad , the article firstly introduced its main application fields; and then analyzed some deficiencies in mobile medical service in China at present, such as problems of the reliability of health data, the security of online consulting, the physician qualification authentication of online medicine practicing, the definition of legal responsibility between doctors and patients and so on; finally the corresponding solutions were discussed from the perspective of supervision, law and policy.
