| 西方发达国家已经建立了以长期护理制度为基础较为成熟的医养结合服务提供体系，对其经验的分析比较可以为我国医养结合服务发展提供有益借鉴。建议我国制定医养结合服务发展的长远规划，建立长期护理保险制度和多渠道筹资机制，以社区居家养老为主流，加强对护理服务人员的专业化培训以及健全人才保障机制。 |

| Western developed countries have established health care and pension service based on a long-term nursing system. They have provided beneficial experience for China. It is suggested that China should develop a long term plan of health care and pension system, establish a long-term nursing insurance system and multi-channel funding mechanism, and strengthen the professional training of nursing service personnel and perfect talent safeguard mechanism through regarding community endowment as the mainstream. |
