| 目的
分析成都是某医疗联合体内各医院的实际运行效果，为决策者制定相关政策提供参考依据。方法 运用Topsis法、秩和比（RSR）法以及二者模糊联合的方法，对牵头医院及县医院的相关情况进行综合分析评价。结果 各医院加入医疗联合体后综合效益均得到改善。结论 用Topsis法、秩和比（RSR）法以及二者模糊联合的方法对各医院加入医疗联合体前后的综合效益评价结果基本一致，结果更加科学、准确、客观。 |

Objective
To analyze the effect of the actual operation hospitals of Medical association for policy makers to formulate relevant policies to provide a reference. Methods To analyze and evaluate relevant circumstances both joint lead hospitals and county hospitals for TOPSIS and RSR with the fuzzy combined method. Results The hospital joined the Medical association comprehensive benefits were improved. Conclusion To use TOPSIS and RSR with the fuzzy combined method for comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of hospital conjoined added before and after the results are basically the same, the result is more scientific, accurate and objective. |
