| 目的 探讨医疗联合体资源纵向整合模式。方法 推进双向转诊，实现分级诊疗；建立协约诊疗绿色通道；利用公共医疗网络平台；推广远程会诊平台终端。结果 通过3年的初步尝试。医联体内转诊率由2013年的36%下降至2015年17%，双向转诊率由2013年向下零转诊到2015年向下10%转诊率。通过绿色通道进行检查3568人次。利用公共网络平台专家200余人，远程会诊145人次。结论 医疗资源纵向整合需要政府层面的统筹规划,需要完善的社会医疗保障体系,需要评价系统,整合范畴需要进一步扩大。 |

| Objective To discuss the longitudinal integration model of the medical association resource. Methods Promote the dual referral.Realize the grading diagnosis and treatment; Build the entented diagnosis and treatment of the green channel. Utilize the public health network platform; Spread the remote consultation platform terminal. Results Through 3 years of preliminary attempt, the referral rate descends from 36% in 2013 to 17% in 2015. The dual referral rate increases from zero in 2013 to 10% in 2015. The examed patients adds up to 3568 through the green channel. The specialists are more than 200 through the public health network platform. There are 145 patients through the remote cousultation plamform terminal. Conclusion The longitudinal integration of the medical resoure requires the government level planning, perfect social medical security system and the evaluation system. Integrated areas need to be further expanded. |
