基于ISO 15189认可工作建立的全面质量管理体系，可以对医学实验室临床检验工作中的不同阶段、不同要素进行质量控制。本文根据本实验室临床化学检验领域在ISO 15189认可工作中的实践经验，阐述了实验前、中、后各阶段中组织结构、程序、过程和资源等要素的质量控制工作和经验总结，以促进临床化学检验领域及整个医学实验室的质量管理工作。 |

| Building the total quality management system based on ISO 15189 standard, which can conduct the quality control in various stages and different elements of clinical laboratory. In this paper, according to the practical experience of our laboratory in the field of clinical chemistry examination under the standard of ISO 15189, this article summarized the quality control and experience in various stages and different elements, in order to promote the quality management of clinical chemistry examination field and whole medical laboratory. |
