| 随着国家政策的不断放开，社会资本办医院作为医疗卫生事业不可缺少的组成部分，近年来在医疗卫生服务市场上愈发活跃，但社会资本办医院在发展的过程中遇到了人才缺乏、群众信任度低等问题。旨在通过梳理现阶段国内社会资本办医院相关研究，试图对我国内地社会资本办医院的发展特征及存在问题进行分析，从而为我国内地社会资本办医院的健康快速发展提出若干政策建议。 |

With the improvement of national policy, private hospitals, an essential role of our country’s medical and health care business, become more active in the medical and health services market in China Mainland in recent years. But there are still a few problems during the process of their gradual development, such as lacking in talented individuals and suffering from public distrust, etc. This article will attempt to review the literatures in recent years and analyze the existing problems under the present characteristics of private hospitals in China Mainland. And then, we will put forward several policy proposals for accelerating the development of private hospitals. |
