The paper employed the evaluation model of “CIPP” and conducted periodic assessment of the situation of resident training since the implementation of the standardized system of resident training in Fujian since 2010. With the summarization of the effects and the insufficiency，the assessment intended to provide a reference to the policy adjustment． |
