我国公立医院卫生信息化人员配备现状调查

摘要:
目的 了解我国二、三级公立医院卫生信息化人员情况并分析信息化人员配备数量的影响因素,为二、三级公立医院卫生信息化人员配备提供参考。方法 采用概率比例规模抽样的方法,对全国29个省市的249家二、三级公立医院信息化人员配备情况进行问卷调查。以二、三级公立医院信息化人员总数为因变量Y,将医院核定床位数、实际开放床位数、年度门诊总人次数、年度出院总人次数和医院卫生专业技术人员总数等5个因素作为自变量X,进行多元逐步回归分析,筛选出对二级和三级公立医院卫生信息化人员配备数量有显著影响的因素。结果 三级公立医院信息化人员均数为13.73人,二级公立医院信息化人员均数为4.02人;三级公立医院信息化人员本科以上学历占79.92%,二级公立医院信息化人员本科以上学历占45.18%;影响二级和三级公立医院信息化人员配备数量的因素均为医院卫生专业技术人员总数。结论 专业技术人员总数是影响公立医院信息化人员配备的重要因素,建议重视卫生信息化专业人才,明确配备标准。

Current Situation Investigation of the Health Information Personnel in Public Hospitals in China

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of health information technology personnel in the second and tertiary grade public hospitals in China, to provide a reference for their information technology personnel. Methods Using probability proportional to size sampling method, extracting 249 second and tertiary grade comprehensive public hospitals of 29 provinces and cities, and conducting a questionnaire survey of the information technology personnel and the basic situation of the hospital. The health information technology personnel number was regarded as the dependent variable Y, factors with hospital check and ratify beds, actual open beds, annual outpatient total person times, and annual total discharged total people and health professional and technical personnel in the hospital were regarded as variable X. Factors, which has significant influence on the health information technology personnel number in the second and tertiary hospitals, was selected.Results The mean medical information personnel of tertiary hospitals was 13.73 persons, and that of the second grade hospitals was 4.02; information personnel of the tertiary hospitals undergraduate degree or above accounted for 79.92%, and those of the second grade hospitals accounted for 45.18%; the influencing factors of medical information personnel allocation in the second and tertiary hospitals was the number of total hospital health professional and technical personnel. Conclusion The total number of professional and technical personnel is an important factor affecting the information staff of public hospitals. It is recommended to attach importance to the health information personnel, and clarify the equipped standard.
