| 目的
初步构建一套较为科学、全面、客观及可操作的我国空运后送护理技术体系,为后续我国航空护理人才培养和考核提供理论依据和科学参考。方法 采用文献分析、专家访谈、德尔菲法、层次分析法对不同领域16名专家进行两轮函询。应用Excel 2010和SPSS16.0软件对数据进行分析。结果 在两轮问卷中,专家的积极系数分别为100%、94%,专家的权威系数程度均在0.87以上,所有肯德尔协调系数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。最终确立了包含4个一级指标,29个二级指标,169个三级指标的我国空运后送护理技术体系。结论 通过借鉴西方发达国家航空护理技术理论大纲和培训考核标准,以及结合我国空运后送发展的实际需要,而初步构建的我国空运医疗后送护理技术体系具有较高的科学性和实用性,可为进一步航空护理专业化发展和航空护理人才培养提供参考和理论依据。 |

| Research on the Nursing Technology System of Air Medical Evacuation in China |

Objective
To preliminary construction of a more scientific, comprehensive, objective and actionable nursing technical system of air evacuation can provide a theoretical basis and scientific reference for the subsequent aviation nursing personnel training and assessment. Methods Application of the literature analysis, experts interviews, Delphi, analytic hierarchy process (APH) to two rounds of enquiry for different areas of 16 experts. The data were analyzed by Excel 2010 and SPSS16.0 software. Result In two rounds of questionnaire, the positive coefficient of experts were 100%, 94%, and the authority coefficient of experts was 0.87, all of which had statistical significance (P<0.05). Finally established includes 4 first-level indicators, 29 secondary indicators, 169 three-level indicators technology system of air evacuation nursing in China. Conclusions By drawing on the aviation technology nursing theory syllabus and training assessment standards of western developed countries, and combined with the actual needs of Chinese air transportation development, to preliminary construction nursing technology system of air medical evacuation in China has high scientific and practical, which can provide reference and theoretical basis for the further air nursing professional development and aviation nursing personnel training. |
