| 目的 了解新疆医院员工对医院文化建设的认知现状,分析医院员工在认知上的差异及影响因素,提出加强和完善医院文化建设的相关建议。方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取新疆维吾尔自治区3家三级医院、3家二级医院的741名员工进行问卷调查。结果 新疆公立综合性医院文化总体评价较好;制度规范、竞争意识、社会责任、持续发展优势文化和强势文化相对明显,授权、组织协调、创新变革、成本控制相对劣势和相对弱势明显;年龄、职称、本院工作年限、民族、学历、工作岗位成为影响医院文化总体维度的重要因素。结论 重视社会责任,坚持“以人为本”的理念;加强制度建设,配合适度的“授权”;在进行文化建设时要注重对不同的员工群体采取不同的激励方式。 |

| Investigation and Research on the Present Situation of Hospital Culture Cognition of Hospital Staff in Xinjiang |

| Objective To understand the present situation of cognition to the hospital culture construction in Xinjiang, to analyze cognitive differences and the impact factors of hospital staffs, and to propose suggestions to strengthen and improve the construction of hospital culture. Method Stratified random sampling was used, and 741 staffs from 3 tertiary hospitals and 3 secondary-level ones were involved in the questionnaire survey. Result The culture of public comprehensive hospitals in Xinjiang is better because of their standardized systems, competitive consciousness, social responsibilities, distinctness of sustainable development of culture advantages, authorization, coordination, innovation and cost for control on disadvantages. Age, technical title, seniority, nationality, education and post are the key factors which affect hospital culture. Conclusion A better way for improving cognition of hospital culture is to pay more attention to social responsibilities, to adhere to "people-oriented" concept, to strengthen system construction, and to coordinate appropriate authority. Different motivational methods should be carried out for different employee groups in culture construction. |
