| 我国已经开展政府购买公共卫生服务试点，要求完善购买服务机制，实施项目绩效评价。对基于购买服务的卫生财政拨款方式研究文献进行了梳理，包括购买服务与直接提供服务的比较、对我国实施购买卫生服务的配套支持，提出了今后需要深入研究的方向。 |

| The government has agreed to implement the pilot of purchasing health service in China，perfect the purchase service mechanism, and carry out the project performance evaluation. Through summarizing the research literature about health financial appropriation reform based on purchasing service，including the comparison of purchasing service and direct providence of service，the support conditions of implementation of purchasing health services，the paper proposes the direction for further study. |
