目的 探索综合医院为促进家庭医生提高自身能力、构建分级诊疗秩序提供依据。方法 从综合医院服务家庭医生制的功能定位入手，以服务理念作为引导，建立服务家庭医生的特色内容。结果 家庭医生对医院服务满意率为95%以上，比仅仅社区协同工作时上升2.3%。两个社区家庭签约同比上升12%，签约家庭对我院转诊流程、医疗支援满意度分别为90%、92%。结论 以家庭医生制为中心，以综合医院为帮手，树立服务社区的服务理念，充分发挥技术、人才优势，为上海市进一步推行家庭医生制度、构建有序就医环境提供实施建议。 |

| Objective To improve the ability of family doctor, build the order of the classification and treatment. Method Based on general hospital service function orientation of family doctor system, regarding service concept as a guide, establishing the characteristics of the family doctor service content. Result Family doctors in our hospital service satisfaction rate of more than 95%, up 2.3%. Signing contract rose 12% from a year two community family, family, medical support satisfaction of our referral process were 90%, 92% respectively. Conclusion Regard the family doctor system in general hospital as the center, set the service idea of community service as the helper, to further promote the family doctor system and build orderly medical environment in Shanghai, provide implementation suggestion by setting up services community concept, giving full play to technology, talent advantage. |
