| 坚持公立医疗机构为主导、非公立医疗机构共同发展，形成多元办医格局，是我国医疗体制改革的原则和方向。2009年新医改以来，重庆市在社会办医方面率先出台并落实了诸多政策，涉及规划及准入、监管以及可持续发展等方面，为社会办医积累了许多经验。通过对2011年以来重庆市民营医院的机构数、床位数、总诊疗人次数、出院人次数、病床使用率进行比较分析，得出结论：重庆市大力发展社会办医的政策取得一定成果，但仍存在很大的发展空间。 |

| A Review and Analysis on the Policy of Private Medical Institution in Chongqing Since New Health System Reform |

Adhere to the common development of the public medical institutions, non-public medical institutions and the formation of multi hospital pattern is the principles and direction of the health care reform in China. Since the new health care reform in 2009, Chongqing introduced and implemented many policies in supporting the private medical institution, including planning and access policies, regulation and sustainable development, as well as accumulated many experiences for private medical institution. Through the comparative analysis the number of agencies, beds, total number of people, discharge times, sickbed utilization rate of the private hospitals in Chongqing since 2011. The result shows that Chongqing has obtained some achievements in developing the policy of private medical institution, but there is still much room for development. |
