北京市全科专业住院医师培训初期能力现状研究

摘要:

目的 了解北京市全科专业住院医师培训初期能力现状。方法 (1)对北京市3家全科专业基地100名带教教师进行问卷调查;(2)对带教教师、基地负责人、卫生行政部门工作人员进行非结构式访谈。结果 (1)全科住院医师5项核心能力得分低于北京市总体水平,分别为职业价值观、态度、行为和伦理,医学科学基础知识,沟通技能,临床技能,批判性思维和研究;(2)带教教师、基地负责人对学员能力评价较低。结论 全科专业缺乏岗位吸引力是造成培训对象能力低、吸引优秀人才困难的根本原因。建议通过提高薪资待遇、拓宽职业上升空间等方式提升岗位吸引力,吸引优秀人才从事全科专业。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the status of core competence of general practice residents. Methods (1)100 faculties from 3 programs in Beijing were sampled, and investigated with questionnaire; (2) Unstructured interview was conducted among faculties, deans and officers Results (1)The score of professional values, attitudes, behavior and ethics, scientific foundation of medicine, communication skills, clinical skills, critical thinking and research were statistically lower than population; (2) Faculties, deans were less satisfied with residents. Conclusion Low competence residents result from low attraction of general practice. Enhancing attraction of general practice through enhancing salary, accelerating career progression in order to attract talent.
