目的 对目前国际和国内开展的患者安全教育项目进行对比分析，找出我国研究存在的问题，为患者安全教育开展提供参考意见。方法 通过Medline、Pubmed、CBM,中国知网和万方等数据库检索得到患者安全教育研究的英文文献51篇，中文文献24篇，从教育内容、教学方式、教育效果等方面对其进行统计学分析。结果 国内患者安全教育研究在研究进展、教育方式和教育对象等领域与国外研究相比存在一定差距，国内研究存在教育对象模糊，教学方法单一等不足。结论 我国的患者安全教育需要在教育内容、教育模式等方面进行改进，以国外的教育经验为参考，可以有效指导我国未来的患者安全教育工作。

Objective Making comparison and analysis of patient safety training programs at home and abroad,finding out the shortcomings of the research in our country, and providing the reference for the future research. Method through Searching Medline, Pubmed, CBM, Chinese CNKI and Wanfang database,we got 51 English literatures and 24 Chinese documents.The comparison analysis was made from the aspects of training content,training method,training effect and other aspects of the Literature. Result Compared with patient safety training research abroad,there are some differences in the research progress, the training method and the training object and so on internally,there are shortages of training object and training method in domestic research. Conclusion We need to improve the training content, the training pattern of patient safety training research.
