医疗服务质量在一定程度上反映了一个国家医疗服务体系的优劣。如何选取灵敏、有效且易测量的指标来监测医疗服务质量是至关重要的。再入院率是国际上普遍使用的监测指标，但在我国的应用比较局限。所以，本研究分析在我国利用再入院率衡量住院医疗服务质量的适用性，进而提出政策建议。 |

| The quality of healthcare can reflect the merits of health service system of a country to some extent. So it is important to choose the sensitive, effective and measurable indicators to supervise the quality of healthcare. Readmission rate has been widely applied as the monitoring indicators in developed countries, but its application was limited in China. So in this study, we have analyzed the applicability of the readmission rate as a monitor variable of healthcare quality in China, and then put forward policy suggestions. |
