Hospital volunteer service activity is an important part of the community volunteer service, and the main body of social work for medical volunteer services is related to medical quality and development of volunteer service. Public hospital’s “voluntary failure” problem in the volunteer service has its special form of expression. The article, based on the analysis of the cause of public hospital social workers volunteer service failure, puts forward countermeasures on construction of hospital volunteer service. |
