| The main problems of scientific research management in the hospital were analyzed from staff management innovation of scientific research management, the perfection of scientific research fund management system, the innovation of talent cultivating mechanism and the perfection of scientific research inventive mechanism. Hospital scientific research management was strengthened and the scientific research level of the hospital was improved. |
