| 住院诊疗管理是指对住院病人诊断和治疗过程的组织、控制和协调等系统管理,其核心是病房管理。住院诊疗以三级医师负责制为基础,是发挥医院功能的中心环节,也是实现以病人为中心的优质医疗服务的保障。由于全面质量管理在医院管理中表现为医院所提供的医疗服务质量、医护人员的服务态度、患者及其家属的满意程度等,将TQM方法科学地运用到住院诊疗管理工作中,可以不断提高医院的医疗服务质量和水平,提升患者和家属的满意度及其对医院认可度,增强医院竞争力。 |

| Medical diagnosis and treatment management refers to the patient diagnosis and treatment process of the organization, control and coordination of system management, whose core is the ward management. Hospitalization is based on three levels physician responsibility system, is the central link in hospitals’ function, and is the guarantee of realizing the high-quality patient centered medical service. Due to the medical services quality for TQM performance provided by the hospital in hospital management, health care service, patient satisfaction and their families and so on, the use of the scientific method to TQM Inpatient management work can continue to improve the quality of medical services and level of the hospital, patients and their families to enhance the satisfaction and recognition of the hospital, and to enhance competitiveness of the hospital. |
