结合健康型组织的发展内涵,对浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院近年来创建健康型组织的发展理念、具体实践与举措进行了阐述与评价。通过“人本管理”的系列实践,在提高社会经济效益、强化医疗安全和质量、培育健康向上的医院文化、增强医院核心竞争力和凝聚力方面产生了积极作用,并指出其是完善现代医院管理的一种有效方式。 |

| Practice and Effect Analysis on Creating Healthy Organization in Hospital |

| Based on the core theory of healthy organization,this article made a concrete analysis on creating healthy organization in SRRSH. In their practice,they developed a model featuring innovation culture about people-oriented management which emphasized the importance of patients and staffs at the same time,and produced a series of positive effects on improving social-economic efficiency,strengthening medical safety and quality,cultivating healthy culture,promoting core competence and cohesion. Finally,this article puts forward that building a Healthy Organization in hospital is an effective way of modern hospital management. |
