门诊患者体验量性测评工具的研究现状

摘要:

近年来,测评患者体验成为研究热点,与患者满意度成为医疗服务质量的重要监测方法。门诊是医院必不可少的组成部分,改善门诊患者就医体验有利于患者再次选择就医。因此,回顾了现有的门诊患者体验量性测评工具,分析了现有研究的优缺点,提出了对研制符合我国国情的门诊患者体验测评工具的启示。

Abstract:

It has been a hot area of research to measure the patient experience in recent years. Patient experience has been an important measurement of the health care quality as patient satisfaction. The outpatient clinic is an essential department of the hospital. To improve outpatients’ experience will make patients chose the hospital again. Therefore, this article has reviewed the measurements of the outpatient experience, analyzed their merits and faults, and proposed some suggestions for developing an outpatient experience measurement based on the situation of China.
