目的
运用实验室信息管理系统（LIS）、医院信息发布系统（IDS）和医院信息管理系统（HIS）构建医学检验危急值的系统信息化管理平台，强化危急值报告制度的执行力。方法 通过对LIS、IDS和HIS进行功能整合，形成检验危急值甄别、确认、发布、接收和反馈流程，并就相关节点进行监控。结果 该平台的建立，提升了发布和接收危急值的质量和效率。结论 该平台的建立提高了危急值的临床价值，解决了危急值的管理流程，有利于缺陷分析和持续改进。 |

| Abstract: |
Objective Based on the Laboratory Information Management System (LIS), Hospital Information Distribution System (IDS) and Hospital Information Management System (HIS) to construct a medical information management platform and reinforce the execution of laboratory critical value. Methods Through combination of the three systems, we describe the whole process from identification, confirmation, distribution, reception as well as feedback and the supervision and analysis of the timeline. Results The establishment of the platform improves the quality and efficiency of the reports’ distribution and reception. Conclusion The establishment of the platform raises the clinical significance of the laboratory critical value, and solve the management process of the critical value. It is helpful for defect analysis and continuous improvement. |
