| 目的 通过对美国4所“最具价值医院”进行案例分析，总结得出驱动医院效率提升的关键因素，为包括我国在内的其他医院管理者提供可能的参考。方法 对四家“最高价值医院”的效率提升研究报告进行分析总结，得出驱动医院效率提升的因素。结果 驱动美国四家“最具价值医院”效率提升的因素包括将追求医疗质量放在第一位、员工参与的医院文化、加强员工之间的沟通交流、采用信息技术、标准化的流程、医疗质量改进工具与策略、成本管理工具、加入政府医疗系统以及竞争性的市场环境。结论 我国医院应参考美国医院效率提升的经验，结合自己的实际加以适当改变和应用，以提升我国医院效率。 |

Objective
This article surveys four “highest value hospitals” in the United States to conclude some essential factors driving hospital efficiency improvement and provide references for the hospital managers. Methods Analyzing the research reports about the four “highest value hospitals” to summarize some key factors driving hospital efficiency improvement. Results The essential factors include:(1)health quality is pursued primarily;(2)the hospital culture of employees engagement;(3)strengthening the communication between employees;(4)information technology;(5)standard procedures;(6)quality improvement tools and strategies;(7)business tools for cost management;(8)participation in governmental health systems; and(9)competitive marketing circumstances. Conclusion Referring to the experiences of the hospitals in the United States, we could adjust them combining our realities and incorporate them into our hospital efficiency improvement practices. |
