我国综合公立医院门诊患者体验量表的开发

摘要:

目的 制定符合中国国情的综合公立医院门诊患者体验量表。方法 运用文献法、患者访谈和改良的专家咨询法初步设计出量表的维度和条目。结果 两次咨询表的回收率分别为91.43%和87.5%,总体权威系数为0.80。根据专家咨询意见,结合患者访谈结果,初步形成了5个维度、37个条目,采用Likert 5分法进行计分的量表。结论 应用专家咨询法初步设计出综合性公立医院门诊患者体验量表,但仍需进一步验证。

Abstract:
Objective To develop a scale to measure outpatients experience of comprehensive public hospital,which would be suited for the current situation in China. Methods The literature analysis,patient interviews and Delphi method were used to identify the dimensions and items of the scale. Results The results showed that the overall authority grade was 0.80 with the respond rates of 91.43% and 87.5%respectively.After the two-round meetings,combining the results of patient interviews,the 5-dimension,37-item and 5-point Likert scale was developed. Conclusion The scale for outpatients experience of comprehensive public hospital was set up,but it should be tested in the further research.
