| The best project organization structure of hospital’s branch construction is explored through combining with the status quo of organization structure of hospital’s branch construction in China. Through using AHP，expert consulting method and case analysis method, the decision method for organizational structure of hospital’s branch construction project is demonstrated. Strong matrix structure is the best choice, just as the choice of famous hospitals. Strong Matrix Organization is more appropriate for branch construction project． |
